Messages about volunteering, internships and careers go to the department that would host you, so a reply may take a little longer than a general enquiry and will usually come from the person you would actually work with. Partnership and donation enquiries are handled directly by the team responsible for them.
If you have reported a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a child or an adult connected to our work, it is handled under our Safeguarding Policy and Child Protection Policy, which set out who receives a report and what happens next. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first and then tell us.
