Choosing the right team on the form above gets a considered answer faster than a general enquiry does, because it reaches the person who already knows the subject.
- General enquiries — anything that does not fit below, including questions about the Foundation itself.
- Partnerships — businesses, NGOs, schools, hospitals, faith-based organisations, development agencies and community groups. See Become a Partner and Corporate Partnership.
- Volunteering — offers of time and skill, in any of the roles listed under Volunteer.
- Media and press — journalists, interview requests and information for publication.
- Careers and internships — see Careers and Internship Opportunities.
- Safeguarding — any concern about the safety or wellbeing of a child or adult connected to our work.
Regional offices and state coordinators will be established across Nigeria and beyond as the Foundation grows. Until then, every enquiry reaches one of the two offices above.
What happens after you write
Messages are read during office hours and answered as quickly as the subject allows. A straightforward question is usually quick. A partnership proposal or a sponsorship enquiry takes longer, because it deserves a real answer rather than an acknowledgement.
Every message is recorded the moment it arrives, so nothing depends on a single inbox being watched. If you have written and not heard back within a few working days, please write again or call — assume a message went astray rather than that it was ignored.
Safeguarding concerns are treated differently
A safeguarding report is not an ordinary enquiry and is not handled as one. It is treated as confidential, restricted to the people who need to act on it, and assessed against our Safeguarding Policy and Child Protection Policy, both published here in full.
You do not need to be certain, and you do not need proof. If something concerns you, report it and let the process establish the facts. You may report anonymously, though leaving a way to reach you usually helps us act more effectively.
If a child or adult is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first. Tell us afterwards.
Giving, and where to start
If you are writing about a donation, Support Our Work covers the ways to give and the Foundation’s bank details, and our Donation Policy sets out how gifts are handled and acknowledged. You are welcome to write first if you would rather talk it through, particularly for a larger gift or one directed to a specific programme.
Coming to see us
Both offices are open to partners, supporters, volunteers and members of the community during office hours. Please get in touch before travelling — teams are often out on outreach, and we would rather you found someone in than a locked door.
How Can We Help?
Reporting a safeguarding concern
