Why This Record Matters
Impact should leave evidence.
It is easy for organisations to speak about what they plan to achieve. We believe it is equally important to return after the work is completed and document what actually happened.
That means recording programmes responsibly, acknowledging what was delivered and, as our monitoring systems develop, measuring outcomes beyond activities alone.
This creates accountability to the communities we serve, the people who support us, and the partners who place their trust in the Foundation.

From Activity to Impact
What happened matters. What changed matters even more.
Where appropriate and available, programme records will include the location, purpose, activities delivered, people reached, partners involved and outcomes or lessons identified.
We also recognise that meaningful impact is not always captured immediately. A training programme may finish today, while its real value becomes visible months later when someone finds work, starts earning, builds a business or applies what they learned.
That is why we want our impact reporting to become stronger as the Foundation grows.
Not simply counting what we gave — but understanding what changed.
Dignity in Documentation
The people we serve are never evidence for our success at the expense of their dignity.
Photographs, personal stories and information about beneficiaries are handled responsibly, with appropriate consent and safeguarding standards. Children receive particular protection under our Child Protection and Safeguarding policies.
The story of our impact matters. The dignity of the person behind that story matters more.
Partners, donors and supporters should be able to understand how Foundation programmes translate from intention into action.
As our work expands, this archive will grow alongside our impact reporting, programme records and wider commitment to transparency and accountability.
