These reports demonstrate how resources are being used, the communities reached, and the lasting impact created through our work.
As the Foundation grows, this section will include annual and programme-specific reports, helping partners, donors, and stakeholders follow our journey with confidence.
An annual report accounts for a year. An impact report asks the harder question: what actually changed, and how do we know?
The Foundation has committed to publishing impact assessments alongside its annual reports. The first impact report is in preparation and has not been published. It will appear on this page.
What the impact report will contain
- Programme-level results: what was delivered, where, and to how many people
- The method used to arrive at each result, so a reader can judge it rather than take it on trust
- A verified breakdown of the communities reached, replacing the headline figures published elsewhere on this site
- Follow-up on people supported in earlier periods, where they have consented to it
- An account of what did not work, and what changed as a result
The last of those matters most
Most impact reports are marketing. They list successes, omit failures, and leave the reader no way to test any of it.
The Foundation’s intention is to publish the method next to the result, and to record the programmes that underperformed as well as the ones that worked. An organisation that has never reported a disappointing result is not an organisation that has never had one.
Measurement is being put in place first
Reporting impact honestly means measuring before a programme runs, not reconstructing afterwards from memory. The Foundation is putting that baseline data collection in place across its programmes now. It is why the first edition is taking time, and it is the right order to do it in.
